Physical. This is when you actually feel stress at a physical level. It can be as common as headaches or sleep disorders or can even manifest into cardiovascular disorders.

Psychological. This is where it gets more serious. If stress affects a person at a psychological level, he will experience several emotional and cognitive problems: job dissatisfaction, depression, anxiety, boredom, frustration.

Behavioral. These are concerned with the way a person acts. It could men avoiding work, exaggerated appetite or absence of it, aggression towards colleagues.

What can you do to help?

There are a variety of methods you can use to decrease stress levels. Let’s have a look at some of the most important ones.

Eat healthy. When we are stressed, we have the tendency to eat something on the run. These meals have no nutritional value. It is necessary to accumulate vitamins and nutrients without developing an extreme eating behavior.
